STATEMENT:
Groove Team Records exists to provide the
consumer/ listener with popular forms of music in an instrumental
fashion, and to provide an outlet for gifted musicians to
express their talents through popular songs that have contributed
greatly to the world of music. |

Founded by Keith Nelson
| Groove Team Records was created with
the vision of bringing together the most highly-talented writers
and composers, the best engineers, and only a truly elite collection
of musicians, to innovate the ultimate musical experience.
And to understand the ultimate musical experience requires
someone who is in that groove!
Keith Nelson, President of Groove Team
Records, is an accomplished musician and seasoned professional
in the audio industry. He earned his B.A. in Education
and Theory / Composition at UNLV in 1982, then began an
extensive touring career with Donna Summer. He enjoyed
subsequent touring engagements with many artists, including
Dino whom he toured with for 1 1/2 years opening for New
Kids on the Block. Dino is widely known for his mega hit "I
Like It" which sold over 800,000 copies. Keith then
performed on simultaneous four year tours with Diana Ross,
and Nell Carter of "Gimme a Break" fame. MORE
